After ordering my car I asked to get it a day before the scheduled ETA. Rob made this happen and came in to hand over the car on his day off which I really appreciated.

There was a lot of attention when trying to make the sale but once I placed the order for the car it felt like efficiency and attention to detail dropped. I had to call to ask about when the car was delivered and there was a big mess with the badges

Dropped car off for recall and service first thing. Was greeted with a coffee and a replacement hire car for the day. A part request I made on the day was handled with no problem.

It was anuisance that the part i was having fitted ro my car was faulty so car had to stay overnight until new part arrived. First appt had already been cancelled as part hadnot arrived so not service dept fault at all

Because of your wonderful staff, the fact I had my own desk capopchino and biscuits!! And the most serene environment. My car came back beautifully cleaned, a full assessment of possible items needed doing and all in an hour. What's not to love.

It's a shame when buying a car it has faults so you have to return and get them fixed under warranty they should have been sorted prior to sale.And yes I'm still smarting from having to buy my own wind deflector.

Strong communications from Mariah Morris. I was told that the wiper blade replacement I had requested could be done but was not necessary. This alone engendered trust on my part. The parts team responded effectively to a off the cuff request.

The service was great from start to finish. I like the fact that they called me to book the car in, I was able to choose which day and time, I was told when I made the booking how much the service and MOT would be.
