I was really impressed. Vines of Guildford is a nice modern showroom and the staff are all friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. My car was even presented to me with a grand reveal. The staff clearly love working with BMWs.

Great waiting area with desks whilst my car was serviced. 4 stars as 2 areas were flagged on the service and I wasn't offered for them to be booked in another time. I was just asked to tap the machine for the bill
