Parking and Check-In.

All of our sites offer free on-site customer parking, making your visit as convenient as possible. When you arrive, you can use our self-check-in stations to register your service and safely drop off your keys in the showroom. If you prefer a little extra help, our hosts are always happy to assist during opening hours.

At Vines of Guildford BMW, we have a secure 24-hour outdoor self-check-in machine, allowing you to safely leave your keys before the showroom opens, perfect if you’re getting an early start or dropping your vehicle off the night before.

Service times can vary depending on your vehicle’s requirements, which is why we ensure our customer lounges are friendly and welcoming so you can feel at ease while your BMW is being serviced.

We also offer service loan cars, subject to availability and the expected duration of your service, to help minimise any inconvenience.

Work Whilst You Wait.

Our customer lounges offer free Wi-Fi, plug sockets, and dedicated workstations, with some even equipped with monitors, so you can work whilst you wait.

Alternatively, if you prefer, you can simply drop your vehicle and keys off and return to the showroom when your car is ready.
