Availability of service dates, loan car, excellent initial communication (Berni Smyth) regarding my MOT dates etc. Great contact from Berni and Natalie re updates whilst my car was having warranty work carried out. Car returned clean and on time.
Did what they said they would do - called me to explain an issue, described the problem, sorted it ! And the car is returned valeted.
Good service. Trust the team to do a good job. Friendly team. Nice area to wait whilst service undertaken with coffee and WiFi.

The clutch needed a thorough inspection and commentary as to how it should be best performed. The clutch which was extremly heavy now performs better but still heavy for frequent gear change. The accellorate too feels heavy. Why wan't I told this?

Service was good, it took longer than planned due to the USB map update so my car didn't get cleaned.My bug bear is that I have a blocked filter on the washer bottle which I was quoted £150 to have cleared - this is a known BMW problem - NOT GOOD :(

Service consultant could've been a bit friendlier as I approached him.
My visit was only to have new number plates made up but I could not have been looked after better by James in Service and the Reception staff.

Friendly effective service, communication, great surroundings. As above I forgot the date of my service and arrived 2 days later than I was expected , however Vines still fitted my car in for a service while I waited.
I was repeatedly quoted the wrong price for the work and ended up getting it done far cheaper at another BMW dealer. Every time I asked for clarity the cost increased as extra labour was forgotten and added. Initial quote £400 final quote over £1000.

Service was very expensive and yet key things we'd asked to be done/be checked were not addressed.
Its the mixed results really as above. I am very close to very satisfied and the term 'fairly satisfied' has a somewhat negative undertone - I would say I am currently 'satisfied'.
Collection and delivery excellent and car came back on time and clean
I would have given 5 stars but charges for rectifying blocked screenwashers were disappointingly high and should imo have been covered under warranty.
The dipped beam headlights seemed high causing oncoming vehicles to flash me. The headlights were checked while I waited,one headlight unit was adjusted.I was charged for one adjustment.

Very helpful prompt service and kept up to date by phone as to the progress on my car while in the service centre. Car was returned cleaned inside and out. Great service.
Due to different staff looking after me I was initial advised there was no charge for the work then advised that I should have been charged for some if it. Also the washing and cleaning of the car was of a particularly poor standard, which is unusual

Service work seemed ok. Work done on 14th december. But this morning a message came up that said the was now overdue a service. It seems the car has not been reset after service and i need to go back to have if reset. VERY inconvenient. Not good.

The service advisor who I dealt with in this occasion could have been more welcoming and less condescending upon introduction. The service advisor also had a habit of talking over my wife and I during conversation.
Apart from the immediate point of servicing our car, two huge plus points: (1) the extremely helpful courtesy bus into Guildford town centre, through appalling traffic; and (2) your team doing a thorough valeting (our car was filthy) for free. Thanks
The service booked in for was done excellently. However an air conditioning service was carried out which I did not request. Also the oyster car interior was immaculate before it came in. Afterwards doors and dashboard had dirty finger marks.
Only problem was the bill was overcharged and had to be credited
I am sure that Mr Woolley was instrumental in ensuring that I received a partial repayment of the cost from my warranty but see comments above.
