My car service booking was made by telephone. When I arrived on the agreed time and date I was told that I had been booked in for the following day at 9am.This was very irritating as the error was made by the receptionist who made my booking.

I do not like the new revamped waiting area. Coffee was undrinkable. I used to look forward to the coffee machine at Vines as the coffee was the best in Guildford. Just being picky I'm afraid.!!!!!

This would have been higher but I have received no paperwork to show what the technicians actually did. I phoned the same day and was told that the work hadn't been invoiced but it would be emailed to me once it was ready. Still no paperwork!

Had a 28,000 Major Service 14th July. There was still a service light showing when I turned on the ignition but was handed back the keys. Apparently because I would need break fluid changed soon. I checked and it was still saying oil change'

Overall a great service, but the final price was higher than the original fixed price quoted.

Please accept my apology, we undertake a health check on all cars in the workshop and sometimes we do discover additional work required, which once authorised extends the cost of the work undertaken

Two issues depress my score, 1st Vines collected the car a week earlier than arranged, it was a coincidence that the car was available when the engineer arrived. The second is an issue with BMW, the vehicle needs a part, no date has been given to me.

My car was booked in quickly, and although the airbag replacement was due to a recall, they still offered to valet my car for me. I was also picked up and dropped off by their courtesy shiuttle, which made a difference.

We were initially a little disappointed with our buying experience - the salesman was obviously new and not 100% comfortable in the role. After he left and our business was transferred to Nima's care there was a dramatic improvement.

The originally advised delivery date slipped by two weeks. I was told this was due to shipping issues between the factory and the docks. Vines handled the issue well, but I was still a bit disappointed at having to wait longer than expected.
