The dipped beam headlights seemed high causing oncoming vehicles to flash me. The headlights were checked while I waited,one headlight unit was adjusted.I was charged for one adjustment.
Pleasant atmosphere and relaxed waiting area with complimentary drinks and Gavin Sellen is always happy to help out with last minute bookings, has excellent customer service skills.

Due to different staff looking after me I was initial advised there was no charge for the work then advised that I should have been charged for some if it. Also the washing and cleaning of the car was of a particularly poor standard, which is unusual

Service work seemed ok. Work done on 14th december. But this morning a message came up that said the was now overdue a service. It seems the car has not been reset after service and i need to go back to have if reset. VERY inconvenient. Not good.

The service advisor who I dealt with in this occasion could have been more welcoming and less condescending upon introduction. The service advisor also had a habit of talking over my wife and I during conversation.
Apart from the immediate point of servicing our car, two huge plus points: (1) the extremely helpful courtesy bus into Guildford town centre, through appalling traffic; and (2) your team doing a thorough valeting (our car was filthy) for free. Thanks

I am sure that Mr Woolley was instrumental in ensuring that I received a partial repayment of the cost from my warranty but see comments above.
The service booked in for was done excellently. However an air conditioning service was carried out which I did not request. Also the oyster car interior was immaculate before it came in. Afterwards doors and dashboard had dirty finger marks.

I had to follow up with an email that my windscreen needed replacing, but once the Service Manager gave the matter proper consideration it was replaced without fuss.

Always a hassle free experience
The service part of the activity was very good. What I found very frustrating was being contacted by sales team members on the phone/email offering me a new car and finance. I was a bit upset that the details of my service had been shared

The replacement seal on my car door isn't right for some reason and I want the work reviewed.

Knew it was receiving an enhancement but was not told very much about it except that it was programming. In actual fact it ruined the destinations list on my sat nav which I use a lot and so is quite annoying.
The ONLY thing that spoils it was that I asked for the front cigarette lighter's fuse to be replaced as it had shorted out soon after I'd acquired the vehicle. I was assured it had been done but when I went to charge my phone, it still didn't work!

Phone call told me car was ready for collection. When I arrived it wasn't ready and was "just being washed"Because the coffee facilities are no longer self service, I had to find a receptionist and ask her to make me a coffee. I felt like a burden

Cannot fault the actual service but did not give "completely satisfied" as I still think that BMW servicing is expensive - especially as I supplied the oil.
Have been using Vines for over 10 years, no problems.
Staff were unable to give a satisfactory answer to a technical fault. I asked if they could look at why in the manual mode of the steptronic transmission a illuminated symbol of a hockey stick on the right side of instrument panel is not working.

The car was returned very clean. However, there were some grubby marks on the centre and drivers door armrests.The service indicator was not reset correctly and stated that a service was due in 2500 mile. This was quickly resolved the following day

Car booked in for service - I worked from home that day (not ideal for me) so I could drop car off. When I phoned that morning was informed that booking was for day after - apparently BMW had changed date and called me - I have no record of that call
