Paperwork and handover were all accomplished seamlessly. It was a pity that my order was delayed by 6 weeks due to the first new car arriving short of several extras which I had ordered and had to be rejected.

I put down a £2,000 deposit on a car which was then sold by somebody else. This meant when a replacement car arrived I then missed the 0% finance deal that I was quoted. I only missed this deal because of BMW error and this costs me thousands of £.

Sadly the excellent salesman we’ve been dealing with at the showroom left mid process. This was the 6th purchase from Vines based on the service we’d had in the past from David and Paul. It will be the last based on the failures of the last salesman.

This is the second car I have bought from Tony Genn at Vines, he ensured that the experience was excellent.Not happy that BMW have reduced the service plan from 5 years to 3 years, so did not buy plan as I do not do high mileage.

The entire process was a very poor customer experience. Twice I had to escalate things to the Sales Manager who never apologised or did anything appropriate to make amends. They have lost sight of who is the customer.
